I am responsible for developing a web-based production monitoring system, starting with the design and implementation of a website using the Laravel framework to monitor real-time production achievements. I also developed a Node.js-based API to calculate Efficiency, OEE, and KOUSU formulas, which is integrated into the Laravel website to generate graphical data. Additionally, I built a machine stop and issue monitoring feature that displays detailed issue descriptions in a table format based on a specified date range. To support performance visualization on the production, I developed an interactive TV dashboard page that allows each user to customize the display according to the specific machines they monitor. For data storage and analysis, I designed and implemented SQL Server table structures as a data warehouse to store production data. I also developed a production monitoring page based on Statistical Process Control (SPC), which displays sample data by product type and converts it into X-bar and R charts. Furthermore, I created a Node.js-based API to calculate spare part usage and developed a dedicated page for generating and printing spare part QR codes. The entire system includes a multi-user feature that ensures each user can access pages according to their roles and permissions.

The system was developed by applying the Waterfall model in a structured manner, starting from planning, analysis, design, implementation, to maintenance, ensuring a stable and well-functioning system.
